Joe’s Tea began in London with a simple belief: tea should taste amazing and do good along the way. Tired of dusty brews, Joe set out to create something better - organic teas and infusions made with quality ingredients and plenty of care.
Today, our teas are made at our dedicated factory in Sri Lanka, bringing us closer to the people and communities behind every cup. From carefully sourced ingredients to thoughtful blending and packing, we’re here to make great-tasting tea that feels good too.
A bit about Joe…
“It all started back in 2011 with the simple idea of making quality tea accessible while heading up the supply chain at an organic tea company. I’ve always loved how our culture of tea brings people together so I set about creating a premium, organic tea brand that would reinvent Britain’s favourite hot drink while prioritising taste and ethical provenance. Since then, I’ve been on an incredible journey and am fortunate enough to do something I love with a fantastic team around me. I’m very proud of our achievements and believe there are many more to come, as we continue to focus our efforts on organic farming and the people that support our incredible supply chain.”

Growing tea… ever-so-organically
Great tea starts with great ingredients. We source our organic teas, herbs and botanicals from carefully selected growing regions around the world, choosing each for the quality and character it brings to the cup.
Sri Lanka has always been an important part of our story. It’s where many of our teas are sourced and where our dedicated factory blends and packs our teas today. From there, we work closely with our growers and partners to bring together quality organic ingredients and create the distinctive brews that go into every Joe’s cup.
