Joe’s Tea Co. ships to the UK and Europe via a fast reliable service. All UK orders over £28 have free shipping.
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail. If you do not see your country below, please contact us for your delivery options.
We despatch orders within 2 working days of receipt and we aim to deliver within 5 working days within the UK. For overseas orders, please allow 12 working days.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship our teas all over Europe every day via Royal Mail from our warehouse just outside London. We will do our best to get your goods out to you in the quickest time, but please allow up to 12 working days for delivery.
If your shipping country is unavailable, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll happily chat through your order and supply a shipping cost.

Do I have to pay tax on my order?
You’ll be glad to hear that tea is a zero-rated VAT item.
Can I return or exchange my product?
In the event that your product is received damaged, please email us within 5 working days of receipt.
Goods are returned to us at your cost. Please include a copy of your invoice and accompanying letter outlining reason for your return. We will then contact you and discuss your exchange or refund process.
Please note refunds can take up to 14 days.
