Never trust someone who says they don’t like fried chicken… it’s clucking awesome. Especially when twice fried by new kids on the block Mother Clucker. It’s genuine Southern inspired chicken marinated in a sweet tea brine (can you guess where they get the tea from?) and coated in buttermilk with a secret blend of spices.
They’re doing a residency at The Endurance until 30th April serving lunch Monday – Saturday and dinner Monday – Thursday. They’re popping up at The Lexington next month too and watch this space for more dates.
