Joe’s Tea Co. ships to the UK and Europe via a fast reliable service. All UK orders over £28 have free shipping.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail. If you do not see your country below, please contact us for your delivery options.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship our teas all over Europe everyday via Royal Mail from our warehouse just outside London. We will do our best to get your goods out to you in the quickest time, but please allow up to 1 week for delivery.

If your shipping country is unavailable, please contact us at hello@joesteacompany.com and we’ll happily chat through your order and supply a shipping cost.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the size of your order and the country where you are ordering from. Please see bellow for a summary of our delivery costs.

Can I track my order?

How can I make payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express) via Stripe and Paypal.

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

You’ll be glad to hear that tea is a zero-rated VAT item.

Can I return or exchange my product?

In the event that your product is received damaged, please email us within 5 working days of receipt.

Goods are returned to us at your cost.  Please include a copy of your invoice and accompanying letter outlining reason for your return. We will then contact you and discuss your exchange or refund process.

Please note refunds can take up to 14 days.
